Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using any part of the mjudi platform — including this website, the mobile application, or any services provided under the mjudi name — you expressly agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Eligibility to use this platform is limited to individuals who have reached the age of 21 or above, who are in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited.

Account Registration and Verification

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one account on the mjudi platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether in your own name or on behalf of another party, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts without prior notice.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate and complete information
• Update your personal information should any changes occur
• Not share your account with any other party
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs in your account
• Notify mjudi immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account

mjudi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad or passport, to ensure compliance with data protection and anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the mjudi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

Key conditions relating to transactions:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per payment method
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours once verification is complete
• Deposits must use the same method that has been registered under the user's name
• mjudi does not accept payments on behalf of third parties

mjudi reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests suspected of being related to fraud, money laundering, or any violation of these terms. In such cases, the user will be contacted by the support team for further clarification.

Bonuses and Promotions

mjudi offers various promotions to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before any bonus-related withdrawal is processed.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM200, bringing the total balance to RM300 — with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 to be met before any withdrawal from bonus funds can be made. For a deposit of RM600 or more, the maximum bonus of RM500 will be awarded, giving a balance of RM1,100 with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.

General mjudi bonus conditions:

• Each user is only eligible to claim each type of bonus once unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user
• mjudi reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through improper means or in violation of these terms
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion
• Certain games may not contribute fully to wagering requirements — refer to the promotions page for more details

VIP Programme and Cashback

The mjudi VIP programme groups members into four tiers based on user activity and loyalty: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Gold members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.9%
• Platinum members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

Progression to a higher tier depends on continued activity and user loyalty on the platform. mjudi reserves the right to review members' VIP status periodically and adjust tiers according to current eligibility.

Prohibited User Conduct

To protect the integrity of the platform and all its users, mjudi strictly prohibits the following activities:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage
• Fraud, misrepresentation of identity, or document forgery
• Attempts to bypass security systems or gain unauthorised access
• Collaborating with other users to exploit the bonus system (known as "bonus abuse")
• Using funds obtained through illegal activity to make deposits
• Using a third party's account to carry out transactions
• Any action that causes disruption, threats, or harm to other users

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of the account balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities if required.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The mjudi platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure the platform operates without interruption, mjudi does not guarantee that the service will always be available, free from technical errors, or meet all user expectations.

mjudi is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting activity on the platform
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance or factors beyond our control
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence
• Transaction failures caused by third-party payment providers

In any case where a valid claim against mjudi is established, our maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to that claim.

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the mjudi customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any eligible account balance will be returned to the user in accordance with the withdrawal terms.

mjudi reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• The user has violated any terms stated in this document
• The account has been inactive for an extended period with no transactions
• A request from the relevant authorities or regulatory body

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where mjudi operates under its international licence. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform will be resolved amicably within 30 days.

If an amicable resolution is not reached, the parties agree to refer the dispute to arbitration conducted in accordance with mutually agreed international arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Continued use of the mjudi platform after any changes to the terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you are advised to stop using the platform and close your account.
